• ACCPAC Plus and ACCPAC BPI software must have been registered before July 1, 2006 to be eligible for this promotion.
• Client must upgrade System Manager, all registered core modules and LanPaks to be eligible for the promotion.
• Additional (new) LanPaks and modules may be purchased using the appropriate promotion discount.
• Partner margins on all promotion product purchases are 35% or tier level whichever is less.
• Client must purchase the Pervasive.SQL, IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL and Oracle database at published SRP if upgrading to any of these databases.
• Software Assurance is required with purchase of Sage Accpac 100, 200 and 500 Edition. Software Assurance fees are calculated on full SRP of all products.
• Product upgraded under this promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
