- Clients upgrading from Simply Accounting and ACCPAC Plus are eligible for this promotion.
- Clients upgrading from BPI and VisionPoint are not eligible for this promotion.
- Clients using any competitive products are eligible for this promotion.
- The Per User Pricing promotion cannot be combined with the simplified a’ la carte add on module and LanPak price list.
- Cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- Software Assurance will be based on the current Per User Price.
- Clients can upgrade Financial to Complete by paying the differential.
- Products ordered through this promotion are not returnable.
- Price protection is not available for any sales made prior to the announcement of this promotion.
- This offer is valid only in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America.
- This offer may be changed or discontinued at any time.
